2024 Appraisal Review Board (ARB) Update
The 2024 Appraisal Review Board will conclude on July 25, 2024 for most property owners. However, the Dallas County Appraisal Review Board (ARB) will continue to conduct 2024 ARB Hearings for those properties still under protest. DCAD anticipates all 2024 protest activity to be completed by the end of September, 2024.
From July 18 through July 24, DCAD’s internal computer system will be unavailable as DCAD completes the 2024 Certification process. For those protests still unresolved, the 2024 ARB Hearings (primarily Residential 214-905-9402) will start back on Monday July 29, 2024. If you still have an unresolved protest then please feel free to reach out to the respective Division to speak with an appraiser for an Informal Review.
