New Customer Service Surveys
At the Dallas Central Appraisal District, we are very interested in improving our processes and customer service. We now have the
ability for all property owners to give us feedback through electronic customer service surveys. The top of each account detail page on our website now
has a link to our customer service surveys. This functionality requires an account PIN which is printed on your Notice of Appraised Value, all
hearing notices as well as BPP Renditions. You can also access this PIN by signing up for the new Electronic Notification System (ENS) as well
as requesting it utilizing our uFile system during the summer protest season. Please click the link below to search for your account and
access this new functionality. Your feedback from these surveys is highly valued and appreciated.
